Injury prevention and treatment. I educate about injuries by simplifying it down to the basics. Then provide several different treatment options spanning from conservative management to surgical interventions.
Recovery. Whether it's recovery from your aggressive workout schedule or recovery after injury. We develop a protocol for recovery with physical therapists, personal trainers, and other professionals. Incorporate ice baths, saunas, and improved sleep to wake up and train even harder the next day.
Nutrition. Underrated by many athletes. Just as one would not put regular fuel into a Ferrari, we do not fuel our bodies with a "regular" diet. The food scene is so scary these days, with 73% of foods in the grocery store being processed. Find local farms to supply your engine.
